What it does
SendSafely provides file delivery and collection portals with download tracking, expiration controls and integrations for helpdesk and business applications.
Use web or email delivery, an embedded Dropzone, or a supported helpdesk integration to send or collect files. The provider’s documented pickup flow encrypts before upload, puts one part of the key in the link, verifies the recipient by an email or phone code, and decrypts in the receiving browser. Recipients need no SendSafely account for that delivery route. Personal is free with 50 MB per month; paid tiers add larger allowances and controls, with ticketing/API features listed under Business. The fourteen-day paid-plan trial limits uploads to 2 GB. Match intake, storage and retention settings to the chosen plan and workflow.
