What it does
Extensiv Order Management connects a brand's sales-channel orders, inventory and warehouse decisions. Packages differ by the number and type of warehouses involved. Team access requires an account with Order Management permissions.
Orders from different channels share a single view, with routing, splitting, holds, backorders and returns connected to inventory. A brand using its own warehouse has different requirements from one sending work to an outside fulfillment partner.
| Plan | Warehouse scope | Warehouse management |
|---|---|---|
| Core | One external warehouse | Not included in this package |
| In-house | One internal warehouse | Included |
| Network | Multiple external warehouses | Not included in this package |
| 360 | Multiple external warehouses | Included |
All four list unlimited sales channels. Channel count does not expand the warehouse allowance. Arrange a demonstration around the locations that will actually receive orders.
A manager or administrator adds colleagues in Users > Create User. Choose the organization, enter the person's details and assign a role, then use Add A Product to grant Order Management access. Its View level of access settings separate permissions for orders, inventory, purchase orders and other work. Assign the needed warehouses and finish with Finish & Save. A job title alone does not grant permissions.
Strengths
- Separate permissions cover order processing, stock and purchase approvals
- Packages distinguish a brand's own warehouse from external fulfillment networks
Watch out for
- Core and In-house each cover only one warehouse
Best for
- Brands connecting several sales channels to internal or external fulfillment
