What it does

Facelift connects social planning, publishing, community engagement, analytics and employee advocacy in one workspace. Campaign taskboards, templates and approval flows coordinate contributions across teams. Access requires a user account, with Professional, Business and Enterprise prices supplied by quotation.

Collect an idea in Facelift's idea pool, then develop the campaign around a shared brief and taskboard. Assign owners and deadlines before preparing channel-specific posts with previews and templates. Native Post Sync brings posts published directly on a social network into the common plan, helping central teams see what local teams have already published.

The inbox supports assignments, typing indicators and colleague discussions. Saved responses, internal tags and keyword rules help organise replies; message translation supports English, French and German as the operator language.

Quoted plans

Plan Users Main distinctions
Professional Unlimited Publishing, community management, analytics, advocacy and campaign taskboards
Business Unlimited Custom approvals, content access controls and advanced team management
Enterprise Unlimited Single sign-on, audit logs and custom data retention

Facelift's multi-channel publishing has one specific X restriction: a single publishing operation cannot send the same post to several X handles.

Strengths

  • Campaign tasks connect ownership and deadlines with the publishing plan
  • Native-post sync can restore visibility of posts made directly on social networks

Watch out for

  • Multi-handle publishing does not support sending one post to several X handles
  • Custom approval processes require Business or higher

Best for

  • Organisations coordinating central and local social teams within a shared campaign plan
