What it does
Factorial connects employee records, documents and onboarding with time tracking, shifts, recruiting and finance tools. Its applicant tracking system can carry a successful candidate into the employee onboarding process. The subscription combines Core HR with selected modules, and a company account is created with a work email or Google or Microsoft sign-in.
Factorial connects its applicant tracking system with employee onboarding, helping an accepted candidate move into people administration. New employees can review and sign documents from a phone, while the wider platform handles schedules, time off and time tracking.
Core HR includes the employee directory, onboarding and offboarding, payslips, bulk document handling and electronic signatures. Time, talent, finance and device tools are selected around that foundation, so the chosen modules determine what a team can use.
To create a company workspace, open Log In, choose Get started now, and register with a work email, Google or Microsoft account. Complete the requested company details and verify the confirmation email. Administrators can then invite employees and configure settings. If the company already has a workspace, an existing administrator should invite the person into it.
Factorial publishes a per-user monthly starting rate and offers a tailored package quote.
