What it does

Factors.ai combines account engagement, qualification and sales actions in an account-based marketing platform. Teams can weight signals, build account segments and send context into CRM workflows. Paid plans range from website-company identification to engagement and predictive scoring, with trial access available.

Set the engagement window to fit the sales cycle, then choose signals and their weights. A cap limits how much one repeated signal contributes, while daily decay reduces the influence of older activity. Hot, Warm, Cool and Ice are adjustable percentile categories, not fixed visit counts.

In All Accounts, filter by account properties or engagement events and choose the visible columns. The resulting shortlist lets a salesperson inspect why a company attracted attention.

Scoring and plan scope

Plan Selected scope
Lite Website-company identification, traffic analysis and chat alerts
Basic Account segments, CRM sync, workflows and up to fifty reports
Growth Custom engagement scoring and wider journey analysis
Enterprise Predictive scoring and further advertising controls

Lite is paid monthly after its trial; the other published offers are annual. Try for Free opens the account route without requiring a card for Lite.

For predictive scoring, define a future target event, run the historical-data check, build the model and inspect test results before publishing. Too few positive historical examples prevents setup from proceeding.

Strengths

  • Signal caps and decay control the influence of repeated or old engagement
  • Account filters and visible columns support a contextual sales shortlist

Watch out for

  • Predictive scoring needs sufficient historical examples for its selected target event

Best for

  • B2B revenue teams prioritizing accounts from shared engagement and CRM context
