What it does
Faktúry online creates invoices, quotations, orders, delivery notes and cash documents, with PDF downloads and email delivery. A basic invoice can be prepared free without registration. An account adds stored records and other tools, with its first year free and an annual renewal charge thereafter.
Open Faktúra and complete the supplier and customer sections. Under Základné údaje, choose the invoice type and enter the number and dates. The money section sets currency, payment method, any amount already paid and optional QR display. Add the item descriptions, quantities, prices and tax treatment, then check the calculated amount due before generating the PDF.
A registered user can reuse business details, add a logo or stamp and send documents by email. The form also offers several document languages for foreign clients. For example, a supplier can keep its Slovak company details while choosing English for the customer's invoice.

Eligible nonprofit, charitable, educational and sports organizations can request ongoing free access after the first year; legal form matters, and profit-making businesses do not qualify merely because they work in one of those fields.
The separate e-invoicing tariff lists EUR 18 per company per year for 200 sent e-invoices, excluding VAT. Its launch page still describes live service as forthcoming, so confirm activation if structured electronic delivery is essential. A downloaded PDF and delivery through that service are different outputs.
