What it does
Fanpage Karma combines social analytics, publishing, inbox work and reporting, with optional features assigned to individual brands. Free covers one user and one brand with five owned profiles, five competitor profiles and 50 posts per month.
Fanpage Karma separates base account access from the workflow each brand needs. Professional includes three users, ordinary publishing, inbox work and preconfigured analytics across unlimited brands and profiles. An agency can add a formal review process for one client while keeping another client's simpler publishing arrangement.
Professional costs EUR 29 per month when billed annually. Brand add-ons use the same annual billing basis.
| Add-on | Price per month per selected brand | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial Workflows | EUR 9 | Approvals, owners and tasks |
| Team Inbox | EUR 9 | Delegation, templates and protection against duplicate work |
| Reporting & Sharing | EUR 9 | Scheduled delivery and public views |
| Benchmarking & Content Analysis | EUR 19 | Custom comparisons and content analysis |
| Teamwork & Insights | EUR 39 | All four add-ons |
Applicable collaboration add-ons include unlimited guests, separate from full-access user licences.
The base analytics dashboards allow up to 20 profiles each and keep 12 months of history. Professional exports PDF, PowerPoint and CSV reports. A Research Dashboard add-on expands a dashboard to 500 competitor profiles with unlimited history. API access, which lets other software request data, is included, but the requested data is billed separately by profile or credit package.
Free has no time limit and requires no card. Alongside its publishing allowance, it includes a basic inbox and one analytics dashboard with 30 days of history; its AI credits are trial credits. Sign up with Facebook, Google or email to create the account.
