What it does
FastRawViewer renders RAW data for culling and exposure inspection, with a RAW histogram, focus peaking and ratings.
Use the RAW histogram and clipping indicators to assess captures before full development. Ratings and labels write XMP metadata; external-application handoff passes the file into the next stage. Keep rating changes separate from file movement. A signed 2018 developer reply explains that the XMP reject rating does not move a file, while Move to Rejected moves it to the configured folder. The reply associates the reject rating with Adobe Bridge; check the intended receiving application before relying on that handoff. The current homepage offers a fully functional 30-day trial for Windows and Mac.
