What it does
FatFace sells women's and men's clothing, footwear and accessories. Its site includes capsule-wardrobe inspiration, seasonal stories, a preloved route and personal-styling information.
FatFace provides a wardrobe-planning route as well as a catalogue. Capsule-wardrobe material and styled seasonal stories help a shopper investigate how denim, knitwear, outerwear and everyday tops work together. A personal-styling booking route offers a separate service to research, while Preloved. Reloved. addresses second-hand shopping. Start with the wardrobe gap, then choose the new-clothing or preloved route that fits it. The wishlist can retain a shortlist when signed in; the site states that an account is needed to save those items permanently.
FatFace’s UK terms allow most new, unused tagged items back within 28 days of delivery, with a shorter 15-day period stated for sale goods. Most FatFace and Next stores accept eligible returns free with the delivery note; airport stores and some categories are excluded. Courier collections carry a charge. Choose the return route for the actual order rather than assuming all Next locations participate.
