What it does
Fat Zebra offers online payment processing through ecommerce integrations, APIs and merchant payment links. Its Gateway Only option has a monthly charge plus transaction fees; complete payment processing is quoted for your business. Businesses and charities must apply, with company and owner information reviewed before full approval.
Gateway Only suits a business that already has a bank or other provider handling its merchant facility. All-in-One Processing adds the payment-processing arrangement and uses a tailored quote. Minimum monthly fees and separate charges for services such as disputes or payouts can apply.
Create a payment link
In the Merchant Dashboard, choose Transaction > Create payment link and enter the amount. Copy the resulting link or send it by email.
For Apple Pay on a website, open Settings > Payment Methods, activate Apple Pay (web) and follow the domain-verification steps. Each website domain must be added; after the first is verified, further ones can be added through Add Domain.
Existing SecurePay customers
SecurePay's transition notice tells existing merchants to keep using their integrations and dashboard while Fat Zebra handles migration. A new dashboard becomes available when the merchant is onboarded to Fat Zebra. Its getting-started route points to Pin Payments, a separate product within the group.
New Fat Zebra applications collect business registration, address, contact and website details, plus information about owners or administrators. Country availability follows the relevant service agreement; accepting a foreign customer's card does not by itself establish merchant eligibility there.
