What it does

Feedotter turns website, feed and other source content into newsletters for an existing email platform. It can build and publish automatically or prepare drafts for an editor to review. Access is quoted according to newsletter volume, sending frequency, team size and integrations.

Choose how much editorial review each newsletter needs. A daily feed digest can be assembled automatically on a schedule, while a research update may need a ready-to-review issue that an editor checks and approves. For a more selective publication, editors can choose and arrange the material and add their own copy. Different newsletters can use different levels of automation.

The audience and delivery stay with the connected email platform. Feedotter counts a newsletter send when it successfully creates that newsletter in the automation tool, not once for each subscriber who receives it. A daily issue is therefore approximately 30 newsletter sends per month, regardless of the list size.

Quotes reflect newsletter volume, team size and the relevant content and email integrations. The vendor may discuss an upgrade after usage exceeds the plan by 20% or more for three consecutive months. For regional editions, each variation and how often it is created contribute to the planned volume.

The pricing form asks for your name and company email to start the quote discussion. Feedotter includes setup, onboarding and training without an additional fee. Your existing email platform continues to handle contacts, segmentation, delivery and reporting, so its subscription remains part of the overall cost.

Strengths

  • Automation can retain an editorial review step where the publication needs one
  • Newsletter production works with an existing audience and email-delivery platform

Watch out for

  • A connected email platform is still responsible for sending to subscribers
  • Repeated newsletter-volume overruns can prompt a plan-upgrade discussion

Best for

  • Publishers and marketing teams automating content assembly while retaining their existing email stack
