What it does

Fellow is an AI meeting assistant. It records, transcribes and summarizes meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and in person. It identifies action items and offers desktop and mobile apps for MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android, plus a Chrome extension. Organizations can set recording rules, retention policies, SSO, SCIM, role-based permissions and audit logs. Fellow states it does not train AI models on your meeting data.

Fellow offers botless recording, so the desktop and mobile apps capture audio directly from your device instead of sending a bot into the call. It also supports capturing in-person conversations and connecting meeting context to tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. Security documentation is available at trust.fellow.ai. The site states SOC 2 Type II certification, HIPAA eligibility with Business Associate Agreements available, and GDPR and CCPA compliance. A no-training policy is described as applying to all plans, including free. Pricing, a demo request, signup and app downloads are linked from the site.
