What it does
Fiken combines invoices, receipt capture, accounting records and filing workflows for Norwegian businesses. Bank connections can bring purchases and sales into the bookkeeping process.
Fiken starts with the records a Norwegian small business handles every day: customer invoices, purchase receipts and bank transactions. Photograph a receipt in the app and check its suggested bookkeeping entry against the document. For regular customers, invoices can repeat weekly or monthly. Deadline reminders help keep filing work visible alongside the books.
The base subscription costs NOK 219 per month excluding VAT and includes unlimited email and EHF invoices, plus additional users. Bank connections, project accounting and KID payment references each add NOK 69 per month. Annual tax-return filing is charged separately, with different prices for sole proprietors and limited companies, so the base fee is not the whole yearly cost.
Start through the 30-day trial if you want to compare its receipt and invoice workflow with your current records. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Fiken is built around Norwegian accounting and reporting; it is a practical option for a local business that wants owner-managed bookkeeping with access for an accountant.
