What it does
Files.com is a managed file-transfer platform combining connectors, automated workflows, share links, upload inboxes and transfer records.
Connect the existing storage and partner endpoints, then trigger workflows when a file arrives or on a schedule. Files.com describes routing, conversion and notification with retry and alert handling, alongside branded share links and upload inboxes for people. External contributors can use those sharing routes without platform accounts. Standard protocol transfers and the Agent’s custom UDP acceleration are separate options, so endpoint choice matters. The service offers a seven-day trial; connector, storage and user allowances should be matched to the selected plan.
