What it does
Fillout builds forms, quizzes and surveys with conditional questions, payment collection and integrations. The free plan allows 1,000 responses a month with unlimited forms and team seats. Paid plans add login forms, branding controls and higher response allowances. You need an account to create and manage forms.
Free collection with room for a team
Fillout charges by plan rather than by seat. The free option includes conditional logic, embedding, payments, calculations, file uploads and 1,000 monthly responses.

Starter adds login forms and custom endings. Pro removes Fillout branding; Business adds a custom domain and partial submissions.
Correcting a submitted answer
In Results, double-click a field to update its text. Editing can update data in connected services. To rerun a response through the form, right-click its cell, choose Edit, then submit the prefilled form. Resubmitting runs current integrations, workflows and notifications again, which matters if the original response already sent an email or alert. Preview submissions cannot be edited.
