What it does
FinDaily is a platform that automates the delivery of custom digests from accounting and finance APIs. You connect QuickBooks Online, Xero, Plaid or Zapier, choose the data to sync, build an email template in the editor, and set a daily or weekly schedule. Variable insertion pulls live data into the email, and data lists loop through items such as outstanding bills with due dates and amounts. Emails go to one or many recipients.
Integrations listed are QuickBooks Online, Xero, Plaid for bank accounts, and Zapier for other data. The email editor has a simple text editor with live preview, variable insertion, and data lists that loop through properties of each item. If a data retrieval fails, the email is not sent and you are notified. The site states financial or PII data is stored with OpenSSL AES-256 encryption, and new data is accessed only when an email needs to be sent, at which point the previous email's data is deleted. The Template plan is $5 per email profile per month for one business, one recipient, weekly scheduling, and QuickBooks Online or Xero. The Custom plan starts at $35 per email profile per month for multiple businesses, unlimited recipients, advanced scheduling, Plaid and Zapier, and advanced and theme editors. Profile pricing is $35 per month for 1, $20 for 2 to 5, $15 for 6 to 20, $10 for 21 to 50, and $5 for 51 or more. The registration page mentions a 60-day money-back guarantee. The site says it is built by Realize.
