What it does
Fine Gardening publishes plant references, garden-design ideas, how-to articles, videos and podcasts. Project guides cover topics including containers, vegetables and hydrangeas.
Fine Gardening gives a garden project several useful research routes. Start with a project guide when you need a coherent topic, or use the plant guide for a known candidate. Garden Photo of the Day offers a more visual way to examine planting combinations in real gardens.
Regional material is especially relevant when a general idea needs to fit local conditions. The site reserves regional content and some articles and videos for members. Decide whether you need a public introduction or the wider All Access collection before building a reading plan.
