What it does
Fintable sends connected account balances and transactions to Google Sheets, Airtable and other integrations. Its personal-finance workflow uses those records for income, spending and monthly cash-flow dashboards. Access is paid after a three-day trial, with subscription and lifetime choices; bank coverage includes North America and Europe.
Keep the transaction feed separate from the summary you want to read. Fintable supplies account activity; the spreadsheet can then show income, category spending and the amount left over each month.
Sign up, connect your bank accounts and set up the spreadsheet integration. In Google Sheets, use the same Google account for the copied template and the connection. New rows appear at the bottom by default, so sort by date if you want the newest entries first.
Personal, shared and lifetime access
| Option | Price in USD | Main limits |
|---|---|---|
| Personal subscription | $12 monthly or $84 annually | Ten live bank connections; $1 million annual transaction volume |
| Personal lifetime | $280 once | Ten connections; one spreadsheet; $2 million annual transaction volume |
| Office | $50 monthly or $365 annually | Fifty connections; unlimited volume; shared Workspaces |
Personal daily sync includes posted transactions, not pending card activity. Office can request additional sync schedules where the bank supports them, potentially at extra cost. The three-day trial is temporary rather than a lasting free plan.
Transaction volume means the larger of money received or money paid over the last 365 days, converted to USD. Exceeding the allowance blocks new bank connections; existing syncs and stored transactions continue.
Check the feed before reviewing the budget
Use the Bank Coverage search for your institution. Fintable excludes customers in its restricted-country list, including Russia, Belarus and Israel. A connection's Last data check is when Fintable ran; Last data refresh is when the institution updated its data. Pressing Sync after changing settings reprocesses the available data rather than forcing fresh bank transactions.
Strengths

- The API lets developers use account data in their own applications.
Watch out for
- Pending transactions are excluded from spreadsheet feeds.
- Personal plans cap live bank connections at ten.
- Freshness depends on the bank and connection provider.
Best for
- People building their own spreadsheet cash-flow dashboard
- Households comfortable maintaining formulas and reviewing bank-feed timing
