What it does
Flatastic combines a cleaning schedule, shared shopping lists, household expenses and a pinboard. It is designed for families, couples and shared flats, with mobile-app and web routes.
Flatastic connects the recurring work of a shared home with the information around it. Shopping items can carry images and details. Frequent items are suggested again. The cleaning schedule records contributions and reminders, while the expense area tracks shared spending and balances. A pinboard keeps household updates together. Begin with the one recurring disagreement or missed task the group wants to solve, then add the relevant module. Some expense capabilities, including choosing participants for every transaction, are labelled coming soon and should not be treated as current features.
The FAQ allows one household per account. Members without smartphones can use the browser version. You can edit your own expense records, while corrections to another person’s entries require that person; negative amounts cannot be entered. Settle balances before moving out or removing a member. Basic and Premium access differ, so check the needed list and history features in the selected offer.
