What it does
Flodesk provides email design, forms, landing pages and workflow automation. Custom fonts and brand colors support consistent messages, while polls and email-link clicks can help segment subscribers and trigger follow-ups.
A creator can use Flodesk's embedded polls to learn which subject interests subscribers, then use segmentation or a clicked-link trigger to shape the next messages. The design editor keeps custom fonts, brand colors and image layouts within the email workflow rather than requiring a separate graphic for every section.
The Free plan is specifically for list growth: forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages. It does not send email or run workflow automations. A trial temporarily opens the paid features, after which sending requires a paid plan. That distinction is essential for someone arriving simply to start a newsletter.
Checkout is another separate boundary. It is included on selected paid plans and uses Stripe, with business-location restrictions listed on the pricing page. Checkout supports businesses in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Euro Area countries; Stripe processing charges still apply. Active subscriber counts determine current plan capacity.
Choosing a sending plan
| Plan | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Free | Forms and landing pages without email sending |
| Lite | Email sending and analytics, for up to 25,000 subscribers |
| Pro | More workflow tools and one checkout |
| Everything | Unlimited checkouts, sales pages and subscription features |
Sign up to try paid features without a credit card. If you do not choose a subscription afterward, the account moves to Free and keeps its subscriber data. The current model charges by active subscriber count rather than the old flat-rate plan.
