What it does
FlowSavvy is an AI calendar that plans your to-do list into your existing calendar. It considers priorities and deadlines, then auto-schedules tasks and reschedules them when plans change. It syncs with Google, Outlook, and iCloud calendars and works for busy individuals who want powerful auto-scheduling without team or enterprise features.
FlowSavvy is for busy individuals who want their calendar to plan the day automatically. You add tasks with deadlines and priorities, and FlowSavvy finds time blocks around your existing events. If something takes longer or a new task appears, you hit recalculate and the schedule adjusts. The Free plan covers unlimited auto-reschedules, auto-scheduling up to 2 weeks out, sync with Google, Outlook, and iCloud, 1 set of scheduling hours, 3 repeating auto-scheduled tasks, and 5 task lists. The Pro plan extends auto-scheduling to 8 weeks out and adds priority levels, task dependencies, unlimited scheduling hours, and API, MCP, and Zapier integration. A 7-day free trial for Pro is available. FlowSavvy says it never touches your events and only auto-schedules tasks that have Auto-Schedule turned on.
