What it does
Fluent Forms builds WordPress forms with conditional fields, response management and payments. The free plugin includes field logic, Stripe and entry exports. Pro adds conditional notifications and confirmations, calculations, multi-step forms and more payment connections.
Match the questions and follow-up to the request
Fluent Forms can reveal a question when a choice matches, send a notification when its criteria apply, and display a suitable confirmation. An application with several request types can use these rules to keep the questions and receiving team aligned. Field visibility is available free; conditional email routing and confirmations require Pro.
Rules support comparisons such as equal, greater than and includes. Condition groups combine AND and OR logic. For a repair request, a matching product type could reveal its serial-number field. Check both a matching answer and a different product type before publishing.
The free WordPress plugin needs no separate vendor account. Entries can be exported as CSV, Excel, ODS or JSON. Free Stripe payments carry a 1.9% Fluent Forms fee; Pro removes that fee, while Stripe's own charges remain.
