What it does

Folderly checks connected mailboxes, email placement, sending IPs and domain health. Its core service is a subscription priced per mailbox, with access arranged through a demo request. After signing in, connect the sending provider and select the email template to be checked.

Pick a mailbox and an email template for the automated test, then review the placement report alongside the sending IP and domain-health findings. This provides a defined starting point when an opted-in notification or campaign is being filtered: investigate the technical or content finding associated with that message before making a broader change. The service also provides daily monitoring and resolution guidance.

The core Folderly offer is priced per mailbox, with annual options, volume bands and a stated minimum commitment. The company's other products have their own access and plans. A free Inbox Insights test allowance or Pulse offer therefore does not make the core Folderly subscription free. Ask for the scope covering the actual mailboxes and sending provider rather than treating the whole website's tool catalog as one entitlement.

Use Set up Folderly to select the email provider. Google and Outlook connections continue through the provider's permission screen. Add a template with its name, subject and body, or choose one from the existing library; then review the actions and select Launch Folderly. Use a message that reflects what the mailbox actually sends so the checks have relevant content.

Strengths

  • Placement reports can be reviewed with sending-IP and domain-health findings
  • Tests can use a library template or the team's own subject and message content

Watch out for

  • Core pricing carries a minimum commitment
  • A core subscription does not establish access to every separately offered Folderly tool

Best for

  • Teams investigating email delivery problems across their existing sending mailboxes
