Let a request continue after the form
A Formaloo form can feed a generated PDF, an approval process or a client portal. An agency could collect project information once, then let the client access the continuing record through a portal. Conditional logic and calculations can change the questions or resulting values according to an answer.

Free provides unlimited forms, questions and submissions, with one team seat and 20 external seats. External users access their own information in a portal or Memory Form; they cannot redesign forms or pages.
Pro adds workflows, generated PDFs, signatures, payments and API access. Business includes three team seats, 200 external seats, custom domains and multiple approval stages. Branding removal is included in Business or sold as an add-on to Pro. Enterprise offers a separate self-hosted arrangement.
