What it does
FormCan builds web forms and manages collected submissions. Authors can choose visible and searchable result fields, then restore earlier form designs from version history. Free and paid accounts differ in publishing, response and storage allowances.
In the dashboard, open Submissions and choose Edit Display Fields. Select Displayable or Searchable for the fields you need, then Save. A displayed column and a searchable field are separate choices. To change a display name, click it, enter the new name and select Rename; the result label does not change the visitor's form.
For a design rollback, open the builder's three-dot menu and History. Grey marks automatic saves, yellow manual saves and blue published versions. Hover over a version, open its menu and choose Restore to this Version.
Plans and limits
| Plan | USD per month | Published forms | Monthly submissions | Other scope |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 10 | 1,000 | 1 GB storage, branding, alerts and CSV export |
| Starter | 8 | 50 | 10,000 | 10 GB, API, webhooks and no FormCan branding |
| Growth | 15 | 200 | 100,000 | Custom domain and sender address; up to 5 team seats |
| Business | 28 | Unlimited | Unlimited | 500 GB; up to 50 team seats |
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually. Signup includes a fifteen-day trial, excluding custom domains and custom sender addresses. Submissions reset each billing month, but storage requires deleting file-based entries to reclaim space.
The registration form accepts a name, email and password or a supported social account.
