What it does
FormCraft builds WordPress forms with conditional fields, notifications and calculations. Choice labels can differ from the values used in rules. The core plugin is a one-time purchase, with optional paid add-ons.
For a checkbox or dropdown, enter a stored value and visitor label separated by ==. Conditions use the value, so changing the visible label should not change the code a rule expects.
In Logic → Add New Logic, choose AND when both tests must pass or OR when either can. Date comparisons use YYYY-MM-DD. To reveal a follow-up conditionally, also enable Hide Field on Page Load so it starts hidden.
Purchase and setup
The Regular licence costs USD 25 before taxes and handling fees. It permits one end product whose users are not charged, includes future updates and provides six months of support. Longer support is available separately.
In WordPress, open the FormCraft dashboard's License tab and enter your email and purchase key. Registration enables support, updates and add-on purchases. A vendor account can later track those licences.
Multi Page Forms is a paid add-on. It can validate each page before advancing and display progress through the steps, so include it when planning a longer questionnaire.

- Rules can control both field visibility and notification recipients
