What it does
FormGent builds classic, conversational and multipage forms inside WordPress. The free plugin includes file uploads, conditional fields, response management and one-time payment forms; Pro adds features such as digital signatures, saved drafts and conditional confirmations.
FormGent uses WordPress access permissions, so an administrator can keep form creation and publishing with the appropriate site users. Forms can be placed through a block or shortcode, shared by link or embedded elsewhere. Responses have their own management area, with notes, read status and exports.
For a Pro confirmation, open Form Settings and Conditional Confirmation, name the rule and choose a message, WordPress page or URL. Set whether all or any conditions must match. The first matching active rule runs; otherwise the default Form Confirmation appears. Quiz messages can include points or percentages. Check that fallback alongside the score ranges. Repeater, payment, CAPTCHA, map and HTML fields cannot be condition attributes.
