What it does
Forminit, formerly Getform.io, handles submissions from website forms with endpoints, validation, uploads and spam protection. Each form has a visual workflow for routing responses and sending notifications. Free includes one form, 100 submissions per month and 100 MB of file storage.
Publish the actions after a submission
Open a form in the dashboard and select Workflow in its header. Add a step beneath Submission received, choose Send email notification, then set the recipient, subject and message. Select Publish to apply the changes, submit sample answers and check the submission's Workflow section for the outcome.
An If / else condition can send an enquiry to a different department according to an answer. Steps run from top to bottom. Workflow paths cannot loop or merge back together, so actions that every response needs belong before a branch.
Free limits and paid connections
Free allows one form and 100 monthly submissions, with an unlimited submission archive. Pro costs USD $190 per year and allows 10 forms, 5,000 monthly submissions and 1 GB of storage. It adds CSV exports, webhooks, API access, autoresponders, Google Sheets and optional automatic retention periods. Business raises collection to 50,000 submissions and permits unlimited forms and collaborators.
Create an account through Start free; no credit card is required. Reaching the monthly submission cap pauses collection. Rejected submissions are not stored or queued, so they cannot be recovered later.
