What it does
Formlets creates contact forms, order forms and surveys, with responses delivered to a mailbox or exported as XLS. Its free Personal plan allows one published form and unlimited submissions. Paid plans add more forms, conditional fields, uploads and payment collection.
Enquiries you can reply to or sort later
A mailbox copy supports an immediate reply, while XLS output lets you sort the responses later. Formlets also connects form data to other applications. The homepage offers Create your form Free Forever and says no sign-up or credit card is needed to begin.
One free form or a paid collection
Personal includes one published form, unlimited responses, multi-page and multi-column layouts, and Formlets branding. Small Business allows 10 published forms and adds conditional fields, custom confirmation emails, PayPal and Stripe payments, file uploads and a custom subdomain. Its listed file allowance is 3 GB.
You can downgrade to Free while retaining your forms, but the free publishing limit still applies. Formlets also offers a separate paid service to build forms and integrations for you, useful when you need setup assistance.
