What it does
FormNX builds forms with conditional fields, submission management and publishing tools. Visibility rules adapt the questions to earlier answers, and hidden fields skip required-answer validation. Free supports unlimited forms and submissions with up to 100 fields per form; paid subscriptions add workspace and collaboration capacity.
Select a FormNX element and open its Condition tab, or manage rules through Settings > Conditions. Choose the controlling answer and comparison, then click Publish Form. Several conditions can govern one field.
A detail field can be required only when its triggering answer makes it visible. With random quiz subsets, base conditions on non-quiz fields: a question omitted from the quiz cannot trigger a dependent field.
