What it does
Formplus builds forms and surveys with calculations, conditional visibility and response management. It can turn selected options and quantities into an order total. An ongoing Free plan and larger subscriptions serve different submission volumes.
After signing in, create a form and select Add Calculations in the builder's Input area. Choose the contributing fields and the field that will display the answer.
Number, choice, rating and repeating-table fields can supply values. Validate short text as numeric first. The Payment field displays the result; it cannot act as a calculation input.

Free permits three forms; Starter through Platinum allow unlimited forms. Subscriptions can bill monthly or annually. Form calculations are included across plans, while account size and other capabilities vary.

- Payment fields display calculated totals but cannot provide input values
