forms.app is a form builder aimed at teams that need to collect data without limits on responses. The free plan includes unlimited responses, views, questions, and team members, along with all 30+ field types and conditional logic. You can start from 5,000+ ready-to-use templates or use AI-powered features to create forms. The builder supports drag and drop, multiple pages, and mobile-ready layouts. It connects to more than 500 apps for automations, and it works with Stripe and PayPal for payments. E-signatures are available, and signed forms can be exported as PDFs. The pricing page lists a free plan with up to 5 forms and 10 MB file storage. Paid plans add more forms, storage, and features like drop-off analysis. The site states that forms.app is GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified. A careful user should check the free plan limits and confirm that the features they need are not restricted to paid tiers.
