What it does

Formspree handles submissions for forms built into your own website. It provides hosted storage, spam filtering and notifications, with exports, autoresponders, integrations and API access on paid tiers. The free account accepts 50 submissions per month and keeps them for 30 days.

Keep your own form design

Keep the frontend markup and styling under your control, then connect the form to a Formspree endpoint. Responses reach its inbox, while notification and workflow actions run after collection. Backend validation and spam filtering supplement checks in the visitor's browser.

Allowances and access to the results

Plan Monthly submissions Archive
Free 50 30 days
Personal 200 Unlimited retention
Professional 2,000 Unlimited retention
Business 20,000 Unlimited retention

All four plans allow unlimited forms and projects. Personal starts at USD $15 monthly, or $120 for a year, and adds uploads, inbox search and exports. Professional adds API access and autoresponses. Business adds the Rules Engine for conditional handling.

Create an account through Get Started before connecting the endpoint to your website. Free is useful for a low-volume contact page, but its short archive matters if you expect to review old enquiries later.
