What it does
Formstack Documents merges data into templates and automates document generation. It accepts existing document layouts and supports conditional sections, combined files, and multiple documents from one data source.
Upload a layout, map the source data and choose the delivery destinations before generating a document packet. Conditions can tailor sections and related files. Delivery count matters: sending one document to two locations counts as two merges. At the monthly limit, the help guide says deliveries switch to watermarked test output unless auto-upgrade is enabled; test merges also have plan limits. Reset follows the subscription cycle. Current public pricing prominently bundles Documents with Forms and Sign, so confirm the standalone product's allowance and signature terms.
