What it does

Form.taxi processes submissions from forms you build on your own website. Its management panel provides email notifications and an archive, with a free plan for small sites and paid capacity for busier forms.

Create a Form.taxi account, then register a connection with New Form in the panel. Keep your existing HTML layout and point the form's action at the supplied endpoint, using POST. Each registered connection has its own code, so copy the address for the specific form.

Open Submissions to review incoming entries. Restore mistaken Spam or Trash entries to Inbox before their one-month deletion deadline. Free accounts can view the latest month; paid accounts can view a year. All entries are permanently deleted after one year, so plan separate retention for records you need longer.

Plans in EUR

Plan Monthly payment Monthly equivalent with annual billing Forms / monthly submissions Other capacity
Free 0 0 3 / 40 5 email recipients
Standard 15 12 15 / 1,000 20 recipients; 2 GB uploads
Premium 58 47 100 / 5,000 100 recipients; 10 GB uploads

Free can be used for commercial projects. Standard adds automatic reply emails and WhatsApp notifications. Submissions beyond the monthly quota are still accepted, but you must upgrade to read their contents. Canceling a paid subscription leaves it available through the paid term.

Strengths

  • Website forms retain their existing layout and fields
  • Spam and Trash entries can be restored before automatic deletion

Watch out for

  • Over-quota submissions remain unreadable until the plan is upgraded

Best for

  • Small businesses wanting hosted form delivery without replacing their website design
