What it does
Form Vibes stores submissions from supported WordPress form plugins in the site's own database. It provides a response inbox, analytics and CSV exports. Keep a compatible form builder, such as Contact Form 7 or Elementor, for creating the forms themselves.
In WordPress admin, open Form Vibes → Submissions. Choose the form and a preset or custom date range. Those choices remain selected until changed, so check them when an expected entry is missing.
Select the form and choose Quick Export for a spreadsheet download. If CSV Export Reason is enabled in settings, enter the reason before exporting. Quick Export handles up to 1,000 submissions; larger jobs use Pro's Export Profile feature.
Free and Pro access
| Option | Site allowance | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free plugin | Capture, analytics and limited exports |
| Personal | 1 | All Pro features |
| Business | 3 | All Pro features |
| Unlimited | Unlimited | All Pro features |
Paid licences are annual or lifetime. Annual access includes a year of updates and support; lifetime is a single payment for both. Pro adds export profiles, selective exports and role permissions. After nonrenewal, the plugin returns to Free features while preserving stored submissions.
