What it does
Fortnox provides online bookkeeping for Swedish businesses. Its workflows import bank and tax-account transactions and extract supplier invoice details, with proposed accounting entries.
Supplier invoices reach Fortnox electronically, by email or as a photo in the app. The software reads the supplier, amount and date and proposes an accounting entry. Review that proposal with its document before accepting it. Connections to supported Swedish banks and Skatteverket bring bank and tax-account transactions into the same workflow.
The advertised starting package totals include the initial SEK 29 monthly Fortnox Access charge:
| Package | Starting monthly price on a 12-month term | Main additions |
|---|---|---|
| Mini | SEK 238 | Access and bookkeeping |
| Liten | SEK 378 | Adds Fakturering Plus |
| Mellan+ | SEK 688 | Adds payroll, supplier-invoice approvals and integrations |
| Stor+ | SEK 948 | Adds fixed assets and broader reporting |
A three-month term adds 15% to the listed package licence price. Access is mandatory and later varies with the previous 12 months’ accounting-entry volume. Extra users need a licence for each program they use, and transaction-based service charges can apply.
New subscriptions have a 30-day return period. Select a package, choose the user licences at checkout and sign in after the order is set up. Cancellation must arrive at least 30 days before the next billing period. The six-month introductory offer for newly started businesses has separate eligibility conditions.
