What it does
foundU combines employee onboarding, rostering, time records and payroll. Its People menus distinguish candidates completing onboarding from approved workers and former employees.
Start with the employee's People state when someone is missing from a foundU roster. Pending People cannot be rostered until onboarding is complete and approved. Declined and archived people are also excluded.
For an eligible worker linked to the roster, enable Include blocked and hover over their status. The reason may be a shift conflict, missing requirement, operation exclusion, exclusivity or tag. Show external shifts reveals assignments on other rosters. If the person still does not appear, check their position, location and operation links: Include blocked searches only people linked to that roster.

Weekly packages are billed every four weeks; monthly packages are billed monthly. Below 25 employees, the minimum charge is AUD 100/week or AUD 400/month. Active-user counts include timesheets, payslips or a right to payment, not just roster attendance.
Administrators use the company address ending in /admin with email, password and a verification code. Employees use the separate employee portal.
