What it does

Fountain manages frontline recruitment, onboarding and workforce operations. Conditional approval rules control whether job openings can become active.

In Company Settings > Approvals, create an Opening rule for all openings or matching conditions. Conditions combine with AND. Choose approvers, backups and ordered levels; save the rule. Nonmatching levels are skipped.

In Hire, setting a matching opening Active moves it to Pending Approval. Hire Go instead asks for details and requires Submit For Approval. Without a rule, activation needs no review. Approvers also need the relevant permission; rejection requires a reason and leaves the opening unpublished.

For reusable hiring stages, begin with a Primary Opening. Link other openings to share its stages and settings, or clone it for a separate variation. That keeps common steps together while allowing different roles or locations to use their own version.

Pricing and access

Fountain arranges a demo around the organization's frontline needs and provides a tailored product-suite price. The request form asks for company details, role and primary service region. It is a sales request; existing users enter through their organization account.

Strengths

  • Opening rules support ordered approval levels and backup approvers
  • A Primary Opening can provide shared stages to related jobs

Watch out for

  • Openings without an applicable rule can become active without approval

Best for

  • Distributed employers approving and reusing frontline hiring workflows
