What it does
Frisbii provides subscription billing, a payment gateway, customer self-service and revenue reporting for software, retail and media businesses. It supports hosted checkout, discounts and recurring billing models. Live service uses paid packages; a test account lets teams explore features before agreeing their production setup.
Configure the subscription offer
Create plans and add-ons, choose billing cycles, then use hosted subscription and checkout pages. Growth supports usage-based and mixed pricing, contract actions and a portal where customers can change plans or payment details. Frisbii also offers a separate Salesforce billing app.
Charges and commitments
Published subscription prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
| Package | Listed price | Additional charge or scope |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | EUR 49/month | 0.95% processed-billing fee after the qualifying first three months |
| Growth | EUR 299/month | 0.95% processed-billing fee |
| Scale | Tailored | 0.95% processed-billing fee and negotiated setup |
| Scale for Media | Tailored | Subscription, transaction and user fees vary |
The Starter promotion waives the processed-billing percentage, not the monthly subscription. Starter cancellation requires three months' notice; Growth and Scale have a minimum 12-month commitment paid upfront.
A test account exposes features from multiple packages, which do not all carry into the chosen live plan. Card acceptance and some other methods require a separate acquiring agreement and approval. Begin with the test account or demo, then confirm the package and payment agreement before going live.
