What it does

Use filename masks to select the files belonging in a recurring delivery, such as Office documents or PHP and HTML updates. FTPGetter combines those selections with weekly, monthly or cron-style scheduling between a local/network workstation and a remote FTP or SFTP server. Synchronization can detect new and updated files rather than sending every file. Professional also documents a terminal and shell scripting; before/after commands can join archive creation, transfer and unpacking into one job. Define a narrow source and destination pair before applying the schedule to a larger tree.
