What it does
Futrli creates financial forecasts, budgets, scenarios and reports from accounting information, covering cash flow as well as profit and loss and the balance sheet. Businesses and accountants can register for a 14-day trial before choosing a monthly licence plan.
A staffing budget may look affordable in the profit forecast while creating a cash shortfall earlier in the year. Futrli links projected cash flow with profit-and-loss and balance-sheet forecasts so accountants and business owners can examine those effects together. Reports and dashboards also compare actual results with budgets and scenarios.
Choose Create, select a profit-and-loss budget or three-way forecast, and name it. For a three-way forecast, choose whether to model outstanding customer and supplier balances manually or use individual due invoices. Predictions can come from last year's actuals, Futrli's automated estimates, an existing forecast, an Excel template or a blank start. Excel prediction uploads are unavailable inside consolidated organisations.
The new forecast begins as a draft. To share it with everyone who has access to the organisation, open Forecasts → Forecasts list, select it, then choose Actions → Publish. Published forecasts can be used in reports and cannot be changed back to draft. Review assumptions before taking that step.

The calculator adjusts quotes for licence count and distinguishes businesses from accounting practices; other currencies have separate displays. All plans include unlimited users, reporting, forecasts and scenario modelling. Licences therefore concern the organisations being modelled, rather than a charge for every colleague.
New users can register for a 14-day trial without providing a credit card. Paid use follows the monthly plan; the pricing page allows upgrades or cancellation without a long-term contract.
