What it does
GaggleAMP organises employee advocacy through team-specific content and sharing activities. Employees can receive material in Slack or Microsoft Teams, while managers use an account to prepare and report on the programme. Pricing is quoted by company size, with annual billing.
For a product update, assign content to the teams whose work relates to the announcement. GaggleAMP segments activities by role, region or product line, so a technical article and a recruiting post can reach different groups. A calendar controls delivery, and employees can receive activities through Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Prepared copy is a starting point: employees can add commentary or use paraphrasing assistance before deciding to share. Tracking tags on shared links connect responses with website reporting, alongside participation measures in the dashboard.
Managers can also post notices to the advocacy community. In Manager view, open Members > Announcements > New Announcement, add a title, summary and body, and set its display dates. A draft stays visible to managers; Save & Publish makes it available to members for the chosen period. This is useful for programme instructions that do not belong in a public social post.
Company-size pricing includes unlimited members in one workspace, called a Gaggle. Additional independent programmes for brands or regions need quoted scope. Contracts are billed annually, with one-, two- and three-year terms at different rates.
