What it does

Gains provides wallet-based contracts on crypto, forex, commodities, stocks and indices. The trading panel separates collateral from position size and previews fees and liquidation price. Its Arbitrum onboarding uses USDC, with an instant-wallet option or an existing wallet.

Gains makes the collateral-versus-position distinction explicit. A hypothetical 100 USDC trade at 5x has 500 USDC of exposure before costs. Fees are calculated on that larger position, and adverse price movement can consume the collateral.

Open Login, choose an instant wallet or connect your existing wallet, and fund the selected network. In the Arbitrum walkthrough, select a market, Long or Short, the position size and any stop-loss or take-profit level. Read Collateral, Fees and Liq. Price before approving the token and confirming the order. Its status progresses through pending, initiated and executed as the chain and oracle process it.

Use Positions to inspect holding fees and edit exit levels. Close opens the exit preview; Receive shows the amount expected back in the wallet before Close Trade.

BTC and ETH base opening and closing fees are each 0.035% of position size, with a 0.005% fixed spread per side. Other asset groups have different rates. Funding and borrowing costs accrue while positions remain open.

Non-crypto markets follow trading hours. A position remains open during a closure, and a price gap can pass the stop level before execution resumes. The FAQ says US access is prohibited. A skipped stop may also reflect the configured maximum closing slippage.

Strengths

  • Order preview distinguishes collateral, exposure and liquidation price
  • Position and exit views show holding costs and expected receipt
  • Existing-wallet trading does not require a separate account

Watch out for

  • Holding costs change the economics of an open position
  • Market closures can delay exits and create gap risk
  • Closing-slippage rules can prevent a stop from executing

Best for

  • Eligible experienced traders managing collateral and exits across several asset classes
