What it does
GardeningSG is NParks' gardening resource for Singapore. It includes beginner lessons, plant recommendations by garden space, plant-problem resources and downloadable references.
GardeningSG offers a useful first decision for a small growing space: find a plant based on the space available. That route sits alongside Gardening 101 for beginners and more advanced material for established gardeners. Community in Bloom and the Allotment Gardening Scheme address different ways of gardening beyond a private home. Use the plant-and-space route for an initial shortlist, then consult the downloadable references for more detail. The portal is rooted in Singapore's gardening context, so its tropical examples and local schemes are especially relevant there.
