What it does
Gardenize is a digital garden diary for recording plants, places and garden activities with photos and dates. Its site also offers growing inspiration and a garden calendar.
A garden diary is useful when memory stops being enough. Gardenize centres the record on your own plants and the work you have done, with photographs, locations and dates kept together. Begin with one bed or a small group of plants so the record has a clear purpose.
The value is in returning to those observations: compare what happened after a change rather than trying to reconstruct last season from scattered photos. Gardenize also includes community inspiration and gardening reading. Keep the distinction clear between another grower's idea and an observation from your own space; the diary is the place to preserve the latter.
Check the plan if you need a desktop diary or a portable copy of your records. The current feature table puts desktop access, garden export, plant copying and photo annotation in Plus, while basic plant, area and event records remain free. Cancel a Plus subscription through the channel where it was purchased.
