What it does

Geckoboard displays metrics from connected business tools on dashboards, TVs and shared views. Scheduled snapshots keep colleagues updated, while Performance adds alerts and access to the records behind a metric. A 14-day trial starts with a work-email account.

Geckoboard puts operational measures where a team can see them during the day: on a dashboard link, a screen or a scheduled snapshot sent through Slack, Teams or email. A support team can use the same display for queue activity and customer-service measures.

Essentials starts at USD 79 per month with annual billing. It includes two dashboards, one editor and one screen, with unlimited viewers and connected sources. Performance starts at USD 319 per month with annual billing, providing 20 dashboards, three editors and five screens. It adds threshold alerts, record-level drilldowns, links back to the original system and custom numerical fields.

Performance is particularly relevant when a changing total needs investigation: the team can inspect the underlying records from the dashboard instead of relying only on the headline number. Aircall, Shopify and Zendesk Support have integration-specific data limits, with extra capacity available for larger workloads.
