What it does
Carro connects supplier catalogs, inventory, orders and settlement for retailers and marketplaces. Staff use an account to select partner products and manage the fields and update cadence supported by each connection; pricing is quoted for the program.
Carro lets a retailer filter products by supplier or brand and select them individually or in bulk. Descriptions, images and variants map to supported fields. Merchandising edits change the retailer's copy, leaving the supplier's source catalog intact, while validation flags data problems and partner price lists establish costs. Stock and price updates follow each connection's supported cadence.
To start a retailer account, connect Shopify or the API, complete the company and billing settings, then use Suppliers > Invite Suppliers. After a supplier accepts, review its products and sync the selected assortment to your store. Check that Shopify products belong to an eligible shipping profile before taking orders. Store orders pass to Carro and fulfillment updates return to the store; the Issues section helps locate synchronization problems.
Avoid Shopify's Request fulfillment action for Carro orders because it interrupts order synchronization. Access is quoted around the retailer's program requirements.
