What it does

Frankli connects manager conversations, goals, feedback and employee development. Its one-to-one schedules hold recurring talking points, notes and action items, with calendar connections to help participants arrange meetings. Subscriptions are based on the people using the platform, with monthly, annual and custom enterprise options.

Open 1:1 Meetings and choose Create 1:1. Select the participant, purpose and location, then set the time, duration and recurrence. Custom schedules can stop on a date or after a chosen number of meetings. Add recurring talking points, reorder them as needed and Confirm. The participant receives an invitation and can contribute to the agenda.

During the meeting, goal progress and feedback sit alongside shared or private notes and action items. Marking a meeting complete creates the next one in its schedule. Connected Google or Outlook accounts show participant availability when arranging the series.
