What it does
MESA builds merchant automations across Shopify, Etsy and connected apps, including human review of order exceptions or product changes. Operators sign in to configure workflows. Starter provides continuing free access, with paid plans for higher task usage.
Add an Approval step and put the order details in Data to Review, with instructions explaining the decision. Reviewers act from the Approvals tab or notification email; email recipients need not sign into MESA. Without recipients, someone must check the tab.
Denial normally stops the run. To handle both outcomes, enable continuation and add Paths. Auto-advance supplies an approval or denial after your chosen wait. For earlier conditions, Filter stops a nonmatching run. Values are case-sensitive; mixed AND/OR rules run top to bottom, so separate Filter steps can clarify complex logic.

Executed steps consume tasks, so one order may use several. Loops and Paths do not count as tasks. Premium actions, including AI, email and SMS, share the separate credit pool; additional Premium tasks normally cost USD 0.02 each. A selected paid plan charges the saved payment method on day eight after its seven-day trial.

Watch out for
- Mixed AND/OR conditions are evaluated sequentially, so grouping requires care
- Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot and other Pro-tier app connections require Pro or above
